VisionTrendNet was founded in 2010 by a group of tech enthusiasts who shared a deep love for retro gaming and vintage technology. What started as a small online store selling refurbished consoles has grown into one of the most respected retro tech retailers in the world.

Our founders recognized that as technology advanced at breakneck speed, many beautiful and innovative devices from the past were being forgotten. We made it our mission to preserve these technological artifacts and share them with new generations.

Every item in our collection goes through a rigorous 10-point inspection and restoration process:

Initial assessment and documentation
Complete disassembly
Deep cleaning of all components
Testing of electronic components
Replacement of worn or damaged parts (only with authentic components)

Functional testing
Cosmetic restoration (when applicable)

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our vintage and retro products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
